I’m Ali.

For as long as I can remember, real estate has ​been a part of my life. My dad was obsessed with ​reading real estate magazines, always checking ​out the latest listings on the off chance we might ​move…(that never happened), but nevertheless ​the real estate bug stayed with me.

After completing my Bachelor of Commerce in ​Marketing Management and International ​Business, I transitioned into working at prominent ​real estate firms in the west end and central core - ​learning the real estate fundamentals and ​apprenticing alongside some of Toronto’s best ​Realtors®. 2024 marks my 18th year selling real ​estate and over 25 years in the industry.

Since then, I have been actively selling real estate ​throughout the GTA and during that time I’ve often ​been asked why I choose to sell real estate.


The answer is simple, I have an unwavering desire to ​help people…it’s my absolute favourite part of my ​career. Assisting my clients in making the right ​decisions to further their real estate goals, educating ​them on neighbourhoods, resale values and assisting ​to navigate through the unruly waters of GTA real ​estate. My clients include first-time buyers, up-sizers, ​downsizers, seasoned investors and estates. My ​business is comprised of word of mouth referrals ​from past clients, friends and other Realtors®. Simply ​put, I love being a part of the client’s success story in ​such an important life decision.

In my downtime, my family and I love to spend our ​time at the cottage, trying new restaurants and wine, ​and being with friends and family.

I firmly believe that you should LOVE WHERE YOU ​LIVE, because it’s not just bricks and mortar, it’s our ​refuge, our little slice of heaven, a place to recharge ​and regroup at the end of the day.

It’s about knowing what you are buying, to the best of your ability. This is a huge ​investment, and we want to know as much about your purchase as possible. Due ​diligence, home inspections and education is the best way to accomplish this. I am ​known for talking buyers out of buying properties, simply because they aren’t the right ​one, they don’t meet the criteria, or there are too many red flags. Having a trusted and ​experienced partner by your side will make the world of difference.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and very much excited at the opportunity to enter the ​real-estate market.
